Position: PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Director of the Business Resource & Entrepreneurship Center.
The role of the Program Coordinator is to manage the overall operations of The Center’s programs. Coordinator must develop proficiency in all program operations and will be responsible for oversight of funder and program requirements. The Program Coordinator is responsible for maintenance of technical information resources; retention and security of client records and documentation of program’s impact and successes.
Coordinator will discern areas for program improvements and identify viable solutions. Originate ideas for and collaborate with staff on new program initiatives and materials.
Establish and maintain relationships with program and community partners. Assist in client recruitment efforts for the organization’s programs as well as partner programs. Develop marketing and outreach materials and disseminate information and materials accordingly.
