New music collective, Buttafly Soul, led by partners Water Seed Music Group, Muddy Water Music and Pont:Productions, invite you to meet two of its featured Grammy Award Winning artists being hosted at the first edition of their new New Orleans music series on Saturday, September 22nd.
Peaches Records will host a very special meet and greet with the performers featured on the September 22nd launch of the new Modern Soul concert series, including Stax Records artist, N'Dambiand former producer and DJ for the acclaimed Hip Hop group, Arrested Development, DJ Kemit. The duo is currently performing on select tour dates in support of Kemit's long-awaited solo album,"Everlasting," on which N'Dambi is a featured vocalist and released earlier this summer.
Kemit and N'Dambi will be the special guests at Peaches Recordsfrom 2:00pm - 4:00pm, where fans may purchase their music, chat with the artists, and get their CDs autographed. Advance tickets for Saturday night's concert (taking place at 9:30pm at Cafe Istanbul, located at 2373 St. Claude Ave) featuring Kemit and N'Dambi will also be available at Peaches Records at the discounted price of $18 through 4:00pm on Saturday afternoon. Due to limited time and capacity, advance concert ticket holders will be given priority at the meet and greet. A drawing with chances to win concert tickets, CDs and Tshirts will also be held during the meet and greet.
