The New Orleans Chamber of Commerce will host a Small Business Committee Seminar this Wednesday, October 17, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Registration & Networking ~ 11:30 a.m. - Noon ;Program ~ Noon - 1:00 p.m.) at the Jones Lang LaSalle Building - 1515 Poydras St., 5th Floor Conference Room, New Orleans, LA 70112
Culture is established by the head of the organization. Having a vision for the business is not enough. It begins within the ranks of the business. By extension standards are set and leaders should practice a consistent message of how employees treat each other as well as customers.
- Establishing core standards and expectations on how customers should be treated
- What the customers experience should be and how to recover if you don't fulfill the customer expectations
- The importance of giving employees authority to solve issues and holding staff accountable for their decisions
