Global film festival focused on inciting social change through the medium of quality, grassroots filmmaking and media skill-shares comes to New Orleans for its 2012 symposium, carrying the theme of “water” and creative projects surrounding solutions to water-based issues in communities in the Gulf Coast and those similarly affected around the world. This international film festival will take place November 28 – December 2, 2012 at five key New Orleans venues.
